Sigma
The Six Sigma approach to quality is a disciplined, data-driven
methodology that eliminates defects in any process or services.
A quality level of Six Sigma means not more than 3.4 defects
in a million opportunities.
Wipro 01markets is among the earliest adopters of Six Sigma
in this industry in India. Using Six Sigma, we continuously
improve process performance to ensure quicker deliveries,
greater reliability, simplified processes for customers and
employees and enhanced personal productivity.
A team of Black Belts facilitates Six Sigma project design

PCMM
People
Capability Maturity Model (PCMM) is a conceptual model based
on state-of-the-art workforce practices. It helps organizations
develop the workforce required to execute business strategy,
characterize maturity of workforce practices, set priorities
for improving workforce capability and integrate improvements
in process and workforce. The smooth working of a process
is in turn reliant on the people.
01markets places emphasis not only on quality of products
and services but also people and people-related processes.
Besides providing a systematic approach, PCMM methodology
also offers measurement parameters that give insight into
the maturity of our people processes.
The need for an internationally accepted framework that would
serve as a yardstick, spurred the PCMM initiative. There are
five levels in PCMM and each connotes a level of maturity
that an organization is certified for, regarding people processes.
